After September 15, 2011, we will begin accepting reservations for 2-month stays for the period from November 1, 2011 to March 1, 2012.

Deposit required for reservation .....    $250*

For pets, add $25/month, plus $50 pet deposit at check-in.  Deposit is refundable.

*Cancellations prior to August 15, 2011, will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $25 Cancellation Fee.

Monthly rates may be available as early as October 15th, & as late as March 10th.  Call for availability & rates.

 

 

 

WINTER TEXANS

 

SOUTH BEACH INN will become your winter family - your home away from home.  Our unique environment offers more than your typical condo or hotel.  Here, you'll have the opportunity to join in group activities, share in bird-watching experiences from your front door, take group trips to the market or the beach, or simply sit and socialize.

 

We have quite a group here.  Many arrive by November 1st, and hate to leave when Spring Breakers begin arriving in March.  Between trips to Donna Produce market for fruits and veggies and trips to Bagdad Beach in Mexico for sea shells, there is always something to do.

 

Each holiday, we have a Family Dinner here.  Everyone is welcome to join.  Bring a favorite dish and a big appetite.
