EFFICIENCY-STYLE KITCHENETTES: 

Each of our ground-floor efficiencies offers a kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator.  There is also a microwave and dinette table with four chairs.  Up to four persons can sleep comfortably in these rooms with two double or full-size beds, cable TV, credenza, and nightstand.  Each room is also equipped with a full private bath, Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan.  Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.   Well-behaved pets are welcome with CASH deposit.  Please inquire, and get pre-approved for pets.

Kitchen Kits can be rented for $10/stay, with a $50 CASH deposit.  Kits include toaster, coffee-maker, utensils for four, dishware for four, fry pan, sauce pan, can opener, serving spoon, and spatula.

ONE-BEDROOM SUITES:

Each of our second-floor suites offer a full living and dining area, plus a separate bedroom for extra privacy.  They open onto a shared outdoor covered patio, which also serves as an entry area.  Each unit has a full bath, central air, ceiling fan, full kitchen*, and plenty of extra space to make for a very pleasant stay. 

Each suite comes fully stocked with kitchenware including coffee-maker, toaster, dishware, utensils, etc.

Our Queen Suite is complete with full-size refrigerator and stove.
