HOTEL POLICIES

DEPOSIT / GUARANTEE
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A
deposit of the first night’s stay plus 13.5% Occupancy tax will be charged to the card at the time the reservation is made.

CANCELLATION
This reservation can be cancelled up until seven days prior to scheduled arrival date. Upon cancellation, full deposit will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee, ONLY when reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival forfeit entire deposit.

AT CHECK-IN
ABSOLUTELY NO REDUCTION
in length of stay or number of rooms booked may be made.

RATES
Posted rates are for 1 or 2 persons.
Extra persons - 5 years & above - will be charged at $10-$20 per night.
Extra persons MUST be declared.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy per efficiency = 4 persons.
Maximum occupancy per suite = 6 persons.

PLEASE NOTE
All rooms are 'non-smoking.' Smoking is permitted on the
patio outside of each guest room.
Extra Persons (including children) = Extra Charge.
Pets are welcome, with restrictions, ONLY with prior approval and payment of a
$50 CASH deposit per pet.
Kitchen Kits may be rented for $10/stay with a $50 CASH deposit.

The deadline for modifying your reservation is seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The deadline for canceling your reservation is seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
