For
weekends, add $20 per night to rate. Weekends between
June 15^th & August 15^th require a
3-night minimum stay.

1^st
child under age 5 stays free. All others count
toward the total number of persons per room, and effect
room rate. We do not recommend nor condone more than four
(4) persons per room.

Most
Holidays and Special Events require a 3-night minimum
stay.

Pets are
only allowed in ground-floor efficiencies, not in suites.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, please call for
pre-approval when bringing a pet. Pets require a $50 CASH
deposit, plus additional pet fees.

Additional charges apply for all persons age 5 and over.
Rate varies seasonally from $5 - $20/person. Suites may
sleep 6 w/ additional charges.

Kitchen
Kit Rental is $10/stay with a $50 CASH deposit.

Two-night
minimum is generally required.

are non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed outside on the patio.
