| Each of our ground-floor efficiencies offers a kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator. There is also a microwave, kitchen sink, coffeemaker, toaster, and dinette table with four chairs. Up to four persons can sleep comfortably in these rooms with two double/full-size beds, cable TV, credenza, phone, and nightstand. Each room is also equipped with a full private bath, Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. Well-behaved pets are welcome with deposit and additional pet fees. Please inquire, and get pre-approved for pets.
Kitchen Kits can be rented for $10/stay, with a $50 CASH deposit. Kits include utensils for four, dishware for four, fry pan, sauce pan, can opener, etc.

We have one King standard room - more like your typical hotel room. It accommodates two persons only with one King bed and full bath. It is also equipped with small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster.
