Each of our ground-floor efficiencies offers a kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator. There is also a microwave, kitchen sink, coffeemaker, toaster, and dinette table with four chairs. Up to four persons can sleep comfortably in these rooms with two double/full-size beds, cable TV, credenza, phone, and nightstand. Each room is also equipped with a full private bath, Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. Well-behaved pets are welcome with deposit and additional pet fees. Please inquire, and get pre-approved for pets.
Kitchen Kits can be rented for $10/stay, with a $50 CASH deposit. Kits include utensils for four, dishware for four, fry pan, sauce pan, can opener, etc.

•For weekends, add $20 per night to rate.
Weekends between June 15th & August 15th  require a
3-night minimum stay.

•1st child under age 5 stays free. All others count toward the total number
 of persons per room, and effect room rate. We do not recommend nor condone
 more than four (4) persons per room.

•Most Holidays and Special Events require a 3-night minimum stay.
•Pets are only allowed in ground-floor efficiencies, not in suites.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, please
call for pre-approval when bringing a pet.
 Pets require a $50 CASH deposit, plus additional pet fees.

•Additional charges apply for all persons age 5 and over.
Rate varies seasonally from $5 - $20/person.
Suites may sleep 6 w/ additional charges.

•Kitchen Kit Rental is $10/stay with a $50 CASH deposit.

•Two-night minimum is generally required.

•Check In: 3:00 pm
•Check Out: 11:00 am

•All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio.
