During a recent business trip to So Padre, I chose South Beach Inn instead of the cookie-cutter high-rise hotel in which my meeting was being held. My 3 day stay was wonderful! The hotel is extremely clean & well kept. Owners are anxious to help and do whatever is necessary to make your stay both comfortable and pleasant. Actually, I don't remember having stayed at a nicer/cleaner hotel! I look forward to returning soon for a non-business weekend so that I will have more free time to enjoy! By the way, EVERYTHING is so near to this hotel...you can park your car & walk to resturants, cinema, post office, and of course, the wonderful beach!

South Beach Inn is our favorite place to stay! We love the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We are Valley locals and enjoy a stay at the Island here and there. As a matter of fact, we are staying there this weekend. Everyone needs to try one stay at the South Beach Inn. It's great!
I used to be night manager at Sea Grape when Joe R. owned the place/ The motel is looking a LOT better now than it did then. I plan on coming down in February 2005 for a visit. John
